At mile marker 23, the speed limit increases to 70 mph. Interstate 380 was one of three stretches of Interstate in PA to see the speed limit increased on it in as a pilot/test program in July 2014. Since then, in May 2016, several more Interstates in PA have had the speed limit increased to 70 mph.  (Photo taken 7/5/15).

At mile marker 9.8, the speed limit decreases to 65 mph. However, this photo was taken in July 2015. Since then, this has been changed so that the speed limit on I-380 South remains 70 mph until after Exit 3. So this photo is mildly historic.  (Photo taken 7/5/15).
