Speed limit sign at mile marker 1.1. The speed limit on Interstate 380 North starts out at 65 mph, which is standard for most rural Interstates in Pennsylvania. However, even though I-380 is only 28 miles long, it boasts three different speed zones during its length. More on those soon.

Take Exit 8 to Tobyhanna Army Depot and Tobyhanna State Park.

At mile marker 9.8, the speed limit increases to 70 mph as this sign says. This next 13 miles of Interstate 380 North was one of three stretches of Interstate in Pennsylvania to see a 70 mph speed limit posted in July 2014, as part of a test program to see if a 70 mph speed limit could safely be applied to more Interstates in PA.

Interstate 380 North at Exit 20: PA 307 - Daleville / Moscow

One last speed limit sign before it drops back down to 55 mph near the junction of Interstate 84 ahead. Speed Limit - 70 mph for about 2 miles yet.

At mile marker 23, the speed limit drops to 55 mph as you approach the junction of Interstate 84 (Exit 24). Oh well, the 70 mph speed limit was fun while it lasted, right?

Use Interstate 81 South to Exits 185, 184, and 182 to Scranton. Use Interstate 81 North to Exits 190 and 191B to Scranton.

Follow Interstate 81 South (at the northern terminus of Interstate 380/western terminus of Interstate 84) to Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport.

This sign once again states the direction you should go on Interstate 81 to reach the Scranton exits listed below each direction.

Interstate 380 North / Interstate 84 West at their northern and western termini, respectively, which is the junction of Interstate 81. Stay left to go onto Interstate 81 South to Wilkes-Barre and stay straight ahead to merge onto Interstate 81 North toward Binghamton.
